Southern Miss

Emma loves watching the dogs play!




We went to Hattiesburg today to see Aunt Jennie and have some lunch.. We decided to go to the Southern Miss campus and take some pictures.. it was very hot, but we got some good ones! We had a really fun weekend playing on our deck and riding around on the 6-wheeler. Now we are getting ready to travel to Texas this Thursday. Oh, we entered Emma in a photo contest for a local newspaper.. the winners get to be in a calendar! Just for fun.. www.hattiesburgamerican.com they will be posting the pics in about a month!

Emma is 5 months old!

Emma is 5 months old.. weighing in at 15 and a half pounds, 26 inches long..

She is great at rolling over, sitting up almost by herself, drinking out of her cup, and talking a lot! She is losing her hair on the sides, so soon will be sporting a mohawk! She loves Dixie and Gauge, especially, who licks her all over.. She will be attending her 2nd wedding in 2 weeks in CS for John and Lauren Bruchez, and then will be babysat while we go to Chuck and Pepper's wedding!

Too hot to handle

Here in MS, it is scorching.. I know it is the same in Texas, but all I see is ponds in front of me, no pools! We are so ready for Fall, football, hunting, cooler weather, and the upcoming holidays! We are lucky to have a new deck to relax on and a new toy, our 6-wheel ranger to play on.. We are ready to go to Texas for 2 weddings coming up!
