Sidney Rose is 1 month old!

Well, my baby girl is already one month old and that means time is flying. How is it already more than halfway through March?! It also means I no longer have a true newborn..Sidney has already changed so much, she is filling out and a lot more alert. She is cooing and even rolled over from her tummy to back. She is soooo advanced!
At 1 month Sidney Rose is:

Clothes: a few newborns but mostly o-3 months
Diaper: size 1, since about 3 weeks
Sleep: pretty good, but in our bed with the Boppy. Hoping to transition to bassinet soon. She likes her Nap Nanny during the day and her car seat (thank God) to sleep in as well!! Her usual (which means maybe 3-4 nights/week) is bed around 10:30 and will go til 4-5. She takes a good nap around 9 a.m. also.
Eating: She is up around 4 a.m. to eat, then again around 6-8 a.m. Throughout the day, she eats on demand, but it is usually around 2.5-3.5 hours in between. She rarely spits up and is a happy camper for the most part. She also will take a bottle, though has only had it 3 times. She does seem to like her paci, which is fine with me!
Weight: 9.8 pounds, I think..it is not very definite on our scale and she doesn't go to dr. until 2 months.
Milestones: Sidney has smiled at me!!! She doesn't do it often while awake, but she is starting to! She can also hold her head up a lot better and is more steady for longer periods of time.
Sidney has been quite the traveler too! She made her 1st long car trip with the family during Spring Break to San Antonio for a few days. On that trip we saw lots of friends and family. We also headed south and spent a night in New Braunfels and Austin. She did really well in the hotels and made it seem like a piece of cake to have a newborn on the road! She met Uncle Toodge, Aunt Natalie, the McLeans, the Sullivans, and cousin Grey and Olivia Mayfield! A very fun trip!
My favorite thing that she does is stretch..she still loves to curl up in a ball and snuggle, so when she is waking up she stretches and makes so many cute faces and noises. She is truly like a sack of potatoes!

Sidney has been a wonderful blessing to us..she is a great baby, rarely cries or fusses and loves to be held! Lucky for us we have had plenty of visitors and there are 5 other people in her family that sometimes are fighting over who gets to hold her!
