Christmas' in Texas

We also celebrated Christmas with our extended families.. in CS, Angleton & Houston. The girls got lots of goodies and it was so much fun seeing everyone and it was the 1st time for a lot of them to meet Georgia!!
The fun began in CS with my parents..

Emma got a tea set which was her highlight, for sure. I got a new laptop..which was my highlight!! We all got really great, fun things and really appreciate all the time we got to spend with Maw-maw & Pop-pop.
Then we moved the party to Angleton with my mom's side of the family. It was fun to see everyone but our stay was short as we had to get to Daniel's family too.. They do a gift exchange for the adults but got the girls some cute things too. Emma got a trike that she is a little too small for but I really wanted for her. Georgia got some toys that will be great when she gets a little bigger too!! We got to stay at Lynn & Carlo's new house and it was awesome. We drank a lot and played Catch Phrase for hours!! Too fun!!

Big G, little G

Georgia is so big and yet so little and cute. She is such a happy, smiley baby. She has tried some bananas and rice cereal and does ok.. but I may stop and wait a few more weeks til we get moved and settled in San Antonio to really make a habit of it. She has just started taking a paci which is nice when it stays in, but otherwise it is a pain. She sleeps well and loves her jumperoo.. She also loves to just roll around and coo and squeal. Georgia is also infatuated with Emma.. she loves to watch her jump around and talk. I know they are going to be a handful when they can conspire together! Just look at those rolls!!

t'was the night before Christmas...

and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring, oh wait, there's a mouse!!
Yes, we have mice.. some dead, some alive. Emma stepped on a sticky trap and couldn't get it off her foot...gross!!!
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care. (Daniel had Christmas set up for us when we returned home, stockings, the tree, lights, the whole thing..even poinsettias and random ornaments hung in each and every room of the house! Aren't those poisonous plants?!? We hope your Christmas is wonderful, fun, and blessed this year! We are enjoying our last Christmas as residents of MS, at least for now!! I can't wait to see Emma's face tomorrow morning when she opens her stroller and real moving and cooing baby doll!!
